Quinn and I am a noted composer in the Philadelphia area who has written
many songs and musical works. I have showcased my compositions with the Philadelphia Fringe Festival for the last three years: "Planet Discord"(2008), "Katie and Pitark,"(2009), and Sephro, 2010. My new Production Company, "Fantasy Weavers Original Theatre and Opera for Children and Adults" presented "Sephro" as a reprise for the Rotunda, two consecutive Wednesdays, September 2nd and 9th, 7:30. This September's Philadelphia Fringe Festival hailed "Sephro," a fantasy opera, which uses the healing power of music, the universal language, to take us on a journey of the great mystical mysteries of life, love, death, salvation and transformation. When a coven of pagan witches unite with beings from another planet, divine spirituality of humankind triumphs over evil. The opera was well recieved, boasting a fine audience for the Fringe. One audience member compared the production of Sephro, with its state of the art direction, costumes, special effects and singing to an opera at the Met.
Soprano Jessica Brams Miller was Craela in the Philadelphia Fringe's "Sephro." Craela is a mysterious young girl from the magical planet who is courting a young boy from Earth by the name of Cryss.
